When: Tuesday & Thursday @ 6am All Year
Where: Various Locations (Changes every 4 weeks) around Colorado Springs
Roads or Trails?: Mostly Trails
Pace: 8 to 10 minute mile pace
Distance: ~5-6 miles (Whatever we can run in an hour)
Cost: None
Showboater: Always Welcome
What happens in bad weather: We still run!
